After years of diverse experiences—from founding Show Biz Kidz and writing The Show Biz Kidz Guidebook to ventures in real estate, restaurants, recipe development, and solar investing—I now focus on what brings me the most joy: creating art, spending time outdoors, building relationships, and sharing meaningful experiences.

At this stage of my life, my dreams center around enjoying life to the fullest, expanding my knowledge, and continuously learning. Whether it’s hiking, exploring nature, diving into new art projects, or simply having heartfelt conversations, I love introducing others to the beauty of the natural world and practical lifestyle shifts that can lead to longevity and a thriving quality of life. As a philanthropist, I dedicate time to select nonprofit groups and find great fulfillment in managing business endeavors while meeting new people and exploring diverse cultures through travel. My journeys take me to trails, rivers, and wildlife-rich landscapes, deepening my appreciation for the world’s natural wonders.

Previously, I founded GlutenFreeHelp.info, which was voted the #2 health site globally, and became a recognized celiac advocate. My path in the gluten-free, paleo, low-carb, and keto health space allowed me to collaborate with leading experts and win awards for my recipes, eventually launching PaleOmazing.com.

I also fulfilled a lifelong dream by authoring Danny the Dragon Meets Jimmy, the first-ever children’s app with sign language interpretation, featured in Apple’s first iPad commercial—a project that opened doors for accessibility in digital media worldwide. Today, I focus on creating lasting connections, sharing my love for the outdoors, enjoying great get-togethers, and helping others thrive through practical guidance—or simply through an enlightening conversation.
