I enjoy helping others do better in ways I can through my background, accumulated experiences and passions. I like to help others “through practical experiences” that open the doors for others, with some basic yet very effective lifestyle tweaks and their relation to longevity and a thriving quality of life. Additionally, I really enjoy creating new friends and I get to through my many endeavors, hikes, abundant travels and my deep passion in expanding my abilities in art mediums and design.

I am a philanthropist and volunteer my time with select groups, nonprofit and otherwise. My husband, one of my three children and I manage a wonderful investment business and my husband, and I travel a lot to explore the trails, enjoy nature, streams and rivers, the immense diversity of lands and of course the many wild animals.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

I worked in the back end of the entertainment business for many years, primarily helping children advance their careers. I founded Show Biz Kidz and ultimately wrote The Show Biz Kidz Guidebook. I also went deep into real estate, restaurant and solar investing, which I still do. As a foodie and after being diagnosed with celiac disease, I worked for many years in the gluten-free, paleo, keto and low carb health arena. I founded the website GlutenFreeHelp.info, which was voted the #2 website in the world out of 6.7 million others. I worked with many food companies, universities, physicians, geneticists, and nutritionists doing numerous interviews and shows to help raise awareness for celiac disease. As a result, I have been named a key Celiac Advocate. I eventually was steered into the wonderful world of paleo and a more primal approach to eating years ago by Mark Sisson and Robb Wolf. The needs of people’s individual bodies have opened my eyes to the variety of dietary needs and the need for adjustments of lifestyle as a truly key component to longevity and quality of life.

I adore children and years back fulfilled a life-long dream of mine. I authored the popular children's book, Danny the Dragon Meets Jimmy, which is available on CD and DVD and in two apps for Apple. I am honored to share that my book was the first-ever App with sign language interpretation and featured in their first ever iPad commercial! This new idea from my book opened the world to Apps for the hearing impaired. Quite an accomplishment, and I thank Apple for this amazing opportunity and recognition!

JANUARY 2023 UPDATE:

Over the past several years, I’ve truly enjoyed creating and developing recipes and helping people on their journey to better health and working with such amazing professionals while I learned from some of the best. I was awarded numerous awards for my recipes over the years and featured in a fair share of sites and magazines. For those of you who know me, you know my history in this field, and it was a pleasure to help so many people along the way. However, my interests, curiosities and passions have taken me to new areas. There are many wonderful sites with valuable information about the celiac, paleo diet and managing a grain free diet. January 2023, I decided to totally take down my 2 award-winning websites, GlutenFreeHelp and PaleOmazing so I can just focus on my current passions and goals. I encourage anyone to now take advantage of the many wonderful resources available on these topics. - Again, thank you for your support and interest over the years.
