I spend a good amount of time writing. I really enjoy it as an outlet and pleasure moment. I’ve published books, CDs, DVD, children’s book apps, and a fair amount of Paleo diet eBooks and materials. I have been blessed with numerous awards for my titles. This was all quite unexpected and definitely not my goal as an author. I devote most of my time working in kitchens developing recipes and writing about food. I write a lot about the paleo diet, the gluten-free diet, celiac disease and various related or semi-related subject.
The end of 2009 I wrote my first children’s book, Danny the Dragon Meets Jimmy, which took off like crazy and won a number of awards, which are listed on the About Tina page. Apps were made of my book and Apple ™ featured my title, as it was the first-ever app with sign language interpretation for the hearing-impaired and deaf. It was incredible experience. Apple ™ even used my app in their advertisement releasing the Apple 2 ™. I also created a DVD and then produced my first-ever CD, Danny DREAMS with bedtime songs. It features incredible classical songs from up-and-coming composers. It was so much fun doing all of this.
I currently have over 20 fully completed and yet-to-be-released eBooks for the paleo and gluten-free community, which are being released over the next few years and am constantly writing and working casually on cookbooks and co-authoring. I truly enjoy what I do and those I work with and feel very blessed. I learned an awful lot along the way.
I currently love sharing my ideas, knowledge and experiences related to the paleo gluten-free diet. I just have to—it is in my blood to help others and plus I am a total foodie!
