I am a recipe-developer who truly loves being in the kitchen as well as the great outdoors. I adore working with ingredients and I am always open to learning more. I love hiking in the hills, eating healthy, and sharing my knowledge and skills from food, nature, nutrition and recipe developing.

I worked in the back end of the entertainment business for many years, primarily helping children advance their careers. I founded Show Biz Kidz and ultimately wrote The Show Biz Kidz Guidebook. I also went deep into real estate and investing, which I still do. As a foodie, I eventually went pretty full time into taking numerous food and nutrition classes and have been working closely with highly regarded chefs. I worked for many years in the gluten-free food and health arena. I founded the website GlutenFreeHelp.info, which was voted the #2 website in the world out of 6.7 million others. I have worked with many food companies, universities, physicians, geneticists, and nutritionists doing numerous interviews and shows to help raise awareness for celiac disease. As a result, I have been named a key Celiac Advocate. I eventually was steered into the wonderful world of paleo and a more primal approach to eating years ago by Mark Sisson and Robb Wolf. This is a world which I have now worked in for several years as a key recipe developer. The many needs of people’s individual bodies have opened my eyes to the various dietary needs and adjustments of individuals including Keto, Raw, and Low Carb.

Fast forward and I now develop a variety of paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free and low carbohydrate recipes and write full-time about paleo and gluten-free issues in many articles and books, some of which are award-winning. I also consult with individuals, families, and small groups where we learn and discuss requested topics. These topics include the benefits of a grain-free paleo diet, gluten-free eating, lowering carbs and which types and how and celiac disease.

I adore children and fulfilled a life-long dream of mine. I authored the popular children's book, Danny the Dragon Meets Jimmy, which is available on CD and DVD and in two apps for Apple. I am honored to share that my book was the first-ever App with sign language interpretation! This new idea from my book opened the world to Apps for the hearing impaired. Quite an accomplishment, and I thank Apple for this opportunity and recognition!
